A few people have asked us about the food pictured in our previous Eco-Chic post. The gorgeous food, pictured on platters, was from Health in a Hurry, “Organic Vegetarian Cuisine To Go”, Post Rd., Fairfield, CT.  Sue Cadwell, Owner, specializes is in using organic, whole foods highlighting seasonal produce, fresh herbs, and ethnic flavors from around the world prepared in a nontraditional way. Even the rich- looking chocolate cupcakes pictured are gluten-free!
