High School Senior Photography
Congratulations, You made it! Your senior year! You have the opportunity to have senior portraits that stand out from the rest!
SESSIONS
All sessions begin with an initial consultation. Either in person, or on the phone, together we will come up with a vision for your session. A successful consultation begins with carefully exploring all your options. A great way to start is by going through the galleries on our website. We prefer casual candid images, no forced, stiff poses or expressions. We want to capture you at your most relaxed, genuine, heartfelt best. Our goal is to present you with images in which your unique personality shines through!
We shoot both in studio and on location. On location can be an area of your choice- your home, a favorite park, a scenic backyard, horse farm, skateboard park, urban setting… (areas outside of 30 miles of our studio are subject to travel fees), Do you love a special sport or activity? Bring along your letter jacket, soccer ball, dance outfit, musical instrument. Anything that defines you, be it big or small, is an option. We want your session to be as personal as possible!
Sessions usually last 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. This allows time for a few changes of clothes.
CLOTHING
Here, more often than not, simple is best. You will want people viewing your images to say “you looks fabulous”, not “what a great outfit”! For the most part, logos and large prints are best avoided. Bright and cheery is always welcome. Feel free to bring many change of clothes and your favorite accessories such as hats, sunglasses, boots. At least one outfit should fit with your school’s yearbook policy if you are having that done, dark and usually long sleeved, for girls pearls are a timeless accessory. Make another outfit fun and casual, the real, relaxed, laid back you! Feel free to make one a glamour photo, with your fanciest dress and jewelry, this is your session, you decide how you want to be remembered in your senior year!

We have a vast array of creative options when it comes time for your prints! We offer bright and funky tri-fold folios, graduation party announcements, all types of cool wallets to share with all your friends. As a very special bonus, we will post a fun musical video of your senior session for anyone who has a Facebook account (and who doesn’t?)! That’s right, you can share your session with all your facebook friends! We will even post a couple of your best images on Facebook as well, your friends, and you, will love it!
