We have a little preview just for you brides & grooms that will either be getting married, or having engagement or wedding pictures done, at beautiful Elizabeth Park in West Hartford , CT. It may be the beginning of March, but this last weekend the sun was shinning and people were strolling through historic Elizabeth Park in West Hartford, CT. Signs of Spring were everywhere. It’s easy to see why this treasure is on the National Register of Historic Places! The park features a two and one-half acre rose garden with 800 varieties of roses, encompasses 102 acres, and boasts garden areas, pathways, greenhouses, lawns, a picnic grove, a pond and recreation areas.
We were out scouting Hartford and the surrounding area for unique photo spots, and this certainly qualifies! Enjoy this preview of goods things to come in Elizabeth Park.

Here is a sneak peek at a brother/sister session from this week. You might recognize the young lady in these portraits, we shot her as a senior last year (or you may NOT recognize her, she has a cool new haircut!). She is about to head off to college (Good Luck, have fun!) and her Mom had a really neat request; she wanted sibling portraits before her oldest headed off to school, isn’t that just a really great idea? These two were a great brother/sister team to photograph, good looking and fun to boot! Enjoy!
