PORTRAITS
All of our portraits are printed at a top quality professional photography lab and have a luster protective finish. All images larger than 8X10 are mounted for additional protection and framing ease.
PRICING
The regular session fee is $125.00. This fee is for the photographer’s time and talent and includes the photo shoot for up to 5 subjects ($25 for each additional subject), post editing designed to bring out the best in your images, and the creation of a private online gallery for 7 days with 30-40 edited proofs to choose from that you may share with friends or family, (this link is good for seven days). This fee does not include images or specialty products which are purchased separately. The Session fee is non-refundable and is due within 3 days of booking. If you must cancel due to illness or emergency sessions cancelled with 48 hrs. of your appointment will qualify to have the session fee applied to a future date. Digital image files, prints and products are detailed below.
DIGITAL COLLECTIONS-
Your photos on a CD so that you can print as many as you want, in the sizes you want . They will be masterfully edited and retouched and you can have them in color and black and white. Make as many prints/sizes as you want up to size 16X24, with authorization for unlimited personal use. The disc also includes a full suite of web-optimized files perfect for sharing on the web and as email attachments. You will then be able to give them as gifts, showcase in a digital frame, use as screensavers, scrapbook them, make holiday cards, invitations, announcements, use on Myspace/Facebook, archive them for future generations,

Our Gold Digital Collection includes full resolution digital files of 28 images from your gallery, each in both color and black & white, a set of 5X7 color proofs (same image as files) of each image in your gallery, plus one 11X14 mounted portrait.

Heartprint Platinum Collection- 1095. Our Elite Package!
Our Platinum Collection includes full resolution digital files of all the images (usually between 30 to 40) in your gallery each in color, black & white, and mocha, a set of 5X7 color proofs (same image as files) of each image in your gallery, and a 10×10 hardbound book.
A la carte prints may be purchased at 40% off with this collection.
Session Box- 450. a la carte (Platinum Digital Collections)
One 5×7 print of each of your gallery session images, in either black and white or color. The session box is a way to keep all the session images, not just the one you order as enlarged prints.
Session DVD- 300. a la carte or 100. with a Gold or Platinum Digital Collection.
A slideshow set to music featuring all of your session images, for play on your dvd player. A wonderful keepsake to watch over and over for years to come. Additional copies of your musical DVD to give as gifts 25.
Individual Digital Image Files- 145. per image
Individual digital image files are available for purchase. Each file entitles you to unlimited personal use and will be accompanied by a signed authorization.
